- Click-drag anywhere in the viewer moves the view.
- Shift-click selects/unselects a node on a node or creates a selection
zone.
- home and escape works as shift-R, they reset the view in auto-fit
mode.
- The MouseManager and ShortcutManagers are no longer dependent on
Swing.
