Move the building creation outside of the init method (so when I delete FC, I don't have Buildings alone)

When vehicles leave building, we update the date of the last departure (used by transport.organizer plugin)

Don't use anymore function provided by forwardingAgent to compute distance between provider and LSP (use native one instead)
